As of 1:15Am PST we are aware of an issue affecting RNO3-PRM-13 that cause all game servers on that node to go unreachable, We are unaware of what caused this issue at this time and we will keep everyone updated as time goes on. we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause

We will be migrating all of our infrastructure to a local data center on December 29th.
During this time, customer servers hosted on our Eco infrastructure will be temporarily migrated to our Premium infrastructure while the Eco infrastructure is relocated. Once the migration is complete, these servers will be moved back to the Eco infrastructure.
